Former Party chief of Tibet acts as Party head of Hebei

Zhang Qingli, former chief of the Tibet regional committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), was appointed head of the CPC Hebei provincial committee, replacing Zhang Yunchuan.
The decision was announced Sunday by the Central Committee of the CPC.
