Small private companies are expected to benefit from a fair on Sunday which saw financing institutions inject 147 billion yuan in the province of Hebei.
The funds will not go to the private companies directly, but through an investment company, to guarantee that the funds will perform well. The private enterprises with advanced technology, broad future prospects and modern management systems will get financing support from the large pool, according to Hebei Financing Investment Holding Group, the organizer of the fair.
About 136 financing companies from home and abroad came to the fair, and 31 of these companies signed contracts to inject 147 billion yuan to fuel the growing number of small companies in Hebei.
The local companies that participated in the fair involve many industries with huge potentials, such as new energy, new material, pharmacy, tourism and agriculture.
Li Xunlei, an economist who took part in the fair said that this platform is greatly needed to promote the growth of private companies, - but these enterprises need to improve their transparency regarding funds, so that the process is clear for their employees and also the general public. |
