Recently, Chen Xinhua, the Chinese American president of the New York Huali Trading Co, Ltd, paid an inspection visit to Ruzhou, Henan province.
Mr. Chen received a warm welcome from the local government officials, who showed great respect for his entrepreneurship and his loyalty to China. He promised to spare no efforts in supporting overseas Chinese to run their businesses in Ruzhou.
Mr. Chen said he was deeply impressed by Ruzhou’s favorable investment policies and entrepreneurial environment. He also said he was confident in his investment there, and would recommend Ruzhou to other overseas Chinese and foreigner friends.
