2465 suites of commercial houses have been sold out in Huaqiao Economic Development Zone in December 2009, topping the sales in Kunshan city, Jiangsu province.
The quantities of residential homes, commercial houses and office buildings which were sold out in December were 1517, 680 and 268 respectively, occupying 22.6%, 39.5% and 82.2% of the total in Kunshan city.
Since the second half of 2009, the commercial houses in Huaqiao sold very well under the stimulation of domestic economic warm-up and the extension of Shanghai’s underground railway into Huaqiao.
