Baotou getting large environmental protection technology site

The city of Baotou, Inner Mongolia, will hold a meeting on environmental protection technology trade and projects at its international convention center April 16 – 17, with several dozen related companies and institutions from across China expected to take part.

This is the first time for the city to hold such a big event of this kind, whose theme is innovating in environmental protection technology and promoting green development. It will cover information technology and products, and have a product promotion forum, and provide a site for matching and talks on cooperation.

Baotou is China's first pilot city in environmental protection solutions and hopes to turn this event into the biggest environmental protection technology trade for this part of China.
