The textile raw material trading center in the Nantong Free Trade Zone, Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area, was recently recognized as one of the seven pilot trading centers for imported commodities by the Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province.
The trading center periodically releases product prices and reports on the price index of imported cotton yarns based on the daily transaction information.
The NETDA Free Trade Zone got the original go-ahead, on Jan 3, 2013, from the State Council, for a 5.29-sq-km area, in two parts.
