Two more bridges are being built 

Work has started on two more Yuhe River bridges -- the Beihuan and Kaiyuan -- with the director of the urban Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission saying that they will be the trunk passageway on the loop line and the Kaiyuan Bridge will be the most convenient link between the old town, new town, and Datong Coal Mine Group.

The Tongji Architectural Design Group, designer of the two bridges, say the project is making progress, with the necessary facilities installed at the construction sites. The Kaiyuan will need dredging of the channel and a flood prevention plan so the project goes smoothly during the rainy season.
