We get 2 weeks annual leave in Canada. In general, I find Canadians almost border-line workaholics and many of my co-workers appear reluctant to take their vacation time, even though it's part of their benefits package. I don't know whether it's a job security thing - maybe people feel that if they take time off they won't have a job to come back to. But I've never had any problem taking time off!
