Huang Lisha set a world record on her way to gold in the women's 100m T53, with Jessica Galli of the US and Canadian Ilana Duff taking silver and bronze.
"I didn't expect to break the world record, so I'm very happy today," said Huang, who took up athletics training only four years ago.
China's Li Duan defended his Paralympic title in the men's triple jump F11 in the morning with a world record leap, followed by Zeynidin Bilalov of Azerbaijan and Javier Porras of Spain.
Gao Mingjie sealed victory for the host by winning gold in the men's javelin F42/44.
His compatriot, Gao Changhong, settled for a bronze behind Russia's Evgeny Gudkov.
Amanda McGrory of the US took gold in the women's 5,000m T54 final rematch, after a bad crash in the initial event.
Diane Roy of Canada and Briton Shelly Woods, the winner and runner-up in the first final, finished second and third respectively.
"I think the last race was unfair because so many women were on the track," said McGrory, who finished third in the final on Monday.
"It was a really tight race. I think it was the closest race I've ever been a part of. This is my first race winning the gold, so I'm beyond excited."
Roy also scooped a bronze in the women's 400m T54 Friday, in which compatriot Chantal Petitclerc grabbed her second gold medal, followed by Tatyana McFadden from the US.
In other field events, South African Ilse Hayes won the women's long jump F13, Ukrainian Alla Malchyk took gold in the women's shot put F35/36 and Finn Markku Niinimaki out-threw all comers in the men's javelin F53/54.
On the track, Lisa McIntosh of Australia clinched gold in the women's 100m T37 and compatriot Evan O'Hanlon took gold in the men's 100m T38.
Sanaa Benhama from Morocco won the women's 400m T13, while Tomoya Ito took gold in men's 400m T52.
