SHANGHAI, Dec. 8, 2012 (Xinhua)-- Photo taken on Dec. 8, 2012 shows the Shanghai Tower (L), a skyscraper under construction, along with the neighbouring Jin Mao Tower (C) and the Shanghai World Financial Center in Pudong, east China's Shanghai Municipality.
