The Center is responsible for on-site administration, service and coordination at the CAEXPO venues, whose subordinate service providers will help in providing information, booth setup, water and power supply, exhibition equipment leasing, loading/unloading and storage of exhibits, business services, broad-band internet access, printing & photocopying, telephone & fax, language and protocol services, etc.

II. Service Providers

(I) Exhibit Shipping

Guangxi Golden Global Exhibition Co. Ltd and Guangxi Post Logistics Co. Ltd are the designated exhibition forwarders of the 11th CAEXPO. You may entrust these two companies or their overseas agent(s) to arrange the shipment of your exhibits.

In the case of transporting your exhibits via other overseas forwarders, please contact Guangxi Golden Global Exhibition Co. Ltd or Guangxi Post Logistics Co. Ltd before the arrival of the exhibits in Nanning for going through relevant procedures of Customs clearance and quarantine & inspection, to ensure the timely delivery of your exhibits for booth setup.
