This jade belt hook unearthed from a Yuan Dynasty tomb in Wuxi is named "chunshui". It depicts the scene of northern aristocrats releasing gyrfalcon into the wild for mating and hunting swans in the spring. It has four layers with vivid image patterns on it. [Photo/Wuxi Daily]

Wuxi Museum is very proud of preserving this ink painting by local artist Ni Zan (1301-1374). Together with Wu Zhen, Huang Gongwang and Wang Meng, Ni was listed as one of the "Four Painters of the Yuan Dynasty".
