The following regulations are specially formulated to regulate and promote investment in the Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area and to improve the efficiency of investment projects concerning Liangjiang New Area.

Article One: the projects mentioned in these regulations are industrial projects or service industry projects relating to land purchase for construction, and/or lease or purchase of property or factories - which are eligible to be undertaken in the Longxing Industrial Park and Yufu Industrial Park in Liangjiang New Area.

Article Two: In order to address different types of projects, various project teams - composed of personnel from the Industrial Promotion Bureau under the Liangjiang New Area Management Committee, the Service Industry Promotion Bureau, the Economic Development Bureau, Liangjiang Group and the subsidiary companies - will be responsible for the project planning, negotiations, and establishment.
