The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Bayi Women volleyball team established at 1951, which 32 times won international and domestic major championships with 60 players joined the China National Women Volleyball Team during all these years. In 2015, China National Women Volleyball Team regained the world championship since 2004, in which team there were 4 main players from Bayi Women volleyball team. In the same year, Bayi Women volleyball team regained the league championship since 2001. Yuan Xinyue, the main player of Bayi Women volleyball team, honored CCTV Sports Influential Player-Best Rookie and won the Rio Summer Olympic Games world championship in 2016 with the China National Women Volleyball Team.
