Traffic laws and regulations in China

According to Law of the People’s Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety， all vehicle drivers, pedestrians, passengers, road traffic activity-related entities and individuals within the territory of the People’s Republic of China shall abide by the present Law. In accordance with the law, vehicles include not only the vehicles registered by Chinese citizens, legal persons and other organizations in China, but the vehicles registered by foreigners and stateless persons in China as well as inbound foreign motor vehicles. When engaging in transport activities, they shall also comply with Law of the People’s Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and any violation of the law shall be punished accordingly.

Foreigners aboard the civil aircraft shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of Civil Aviation Law of the People’s Republic of China.
